Harry and Mandaric: Not guilty.

fuck me, the jury must have been even more stupid than 'Arry was claiming to be, which I didn't think was possible.

'Arry recieved income that he didn't declare for tax purposes. It's not humanly possible to reach a 'not guilty' verdict in the light of that fact.

So the jury can only have been sub-human.

You are just awful...

says the man who has been posting that Kenny/Liverpool have been defending racism on a much lesser basis than I've used for my statement there.

It's an offence to rwecieve income and not declare it for tax. 'Arry recieved income and didn't declare it for tax. There's no option in law for a not guilty verdict against that fact, the only option is the stupidity of a jury.

And that's before getting in to the detail of a bank acccount being opened in a false name to avoid it being traced, and other such things.

I think we all know its hard to get a guilty conviction against a wealthy person in this country. When you make it a wealthy, popular, celebrity, its almost impossible. If this means arry taking England to Brazil then bring it on, I think his style of management would be completely unsuited to this situation.

that's true.. harry invested in something on mandric's recommendation and lost a packet .. mandric felt bad and so decided to show him how to make offshore investments in return gifting him a few quid to get him started.. if it had been a payment from his employer it would of been taxable but a gift from a friend wouldn't

It seems weak that they would try to hide £189k... Considering how much money they have paid taxes on...

Typical HMRC... Fucking useless...

Some of the dislike from Neil and others is just the typical disgust at what you can do legally.

Fact is the guy is not guilty...

The guy has been found not guilty, a different thing.

By the basis you use, the Guildford four and Birminham six are murdering scum. Which only gets to show what a very poor basis you're working from.

You cannot legally fail to declare income you've recieved on your tax return.

He's guilty in law, just not in court. ;)

Me as well...

The likes of Neil will always call anyone who earns more than him a c**t and ask for their head to be removed but hey... Who cares...

You really are the most small-minded moron in existence. You're the perfect proof for that recent Daily Mail article.

So the Guildford Four were guilty then. And thew Birmingham Six. And all the other cases where the court verdict has been proven a mistake.

My attitude to this is law, not jealousy.

If it was an above-board gift and not liable for tax, then why wasn't it paid into Harry's existing bank accounts?

Why did harry feel the need to fly to a foriegn country, and open a bank accopunt in a false name so that he could receive that above-board 'gift'?

And why did Harry feel the need to hide all of this from his accountant, his tax returns, and previous police and tax investigations?

Oh, I forgot. It's what any stupid person would do in those circumstances.:lol:

FFS.

Why shouldn't he though ? Once you have received money its totally up to you what you do with it. If I choose to hold money in a foreign bank account and get a friend to pay a gift into it, or make foreign investments that is totally my choice. As it was his.

if I were to take that as all fair enough then it doesn't fit with any claim of stupidity.

You say hide... But if it was a gift then he had no reason to inform his accountant. It wouldn't of needed to appear on his tax return.

B

ut he says he's too stupid to know about tax - so he coiuldn't have known it was tax free (not that was), could he? :rolleyes

You know all this... Again, you simply don't like the current tax laws. Tough...

The current tax laws say "guilty unless you can prove yourself innocent". A plea of stupidity is no proof of innocence. ;)
