smaller headliners and cheaper tickets. the desire for the biggest names and biggest shows for the pyramid stage isn't the point of the festival. would have been more than happy for the other stage headliners to be the pyramid headliners and knock £30 off the ticket for everyone.

I found nobody was walking anywhere but on the walkways due to the mud & this was the main cause for me not bothering to go see some acts as I know the band/hassle ratio wasn't worth it.

I would imagine those walkways are very expensive though, it may cost to much & be pointless if the weather changes mid festival (like it did).

Download Festival and Reading/leeds both have a 10p levy from the brewery on beer cups and r/l also on spirits and festival water bottles anyone who collects the cups and bottles and takes them back to the recycling point gets the 10p back you would not believe how quick you can pick up 1000 cups and bottles.

# I'd Allow more people. This year may have seemed more busy due to the mud, and people using the walkways / rather than dispersing where the bad mud was. In the pre-superfence days, it was far busier. these days it could with another 20,000 or so...

# Lower urinals - yep

# Alleviate Gate D queue? I arrived in west carparks @ noon on wednesday, and queued for 45 mins. second trip to the car there was NO queue (around 2-3pm) I say take away the tuesday night car park opening. if you're there for gates open, you're gonna be queueing for a f**king long time. I did 6 hours at PG B last year in the burning sun :(

# Screens at The Park... No, it's a small field like jazz stage, on a slope so viewing not a problem. maybe put a crush rail in 25 m from stage? could have been dangerous for Pulp / Radiohead this year...

# MORE entertainment on Wed/Thur.... Maybe

# LESS entertainment on Wed/Thur.... no, not less

# Rearrange late night areas.... possibly split them around site, but they complement each other so well. The late night areas are 75-80% of the festival to me. The oneway was a great idea in principle, and I walked the one way on thursday night in about 10-15 mins, when there was no queue - it's a long walk, even without people. I reckon they got the maths wrong.. spoke with many people on the sunday morning who saw the led signs saying 120 minute wait, and chose not to biother, and many who chose to bother, and were in within 30 - 45 minutes. I was in SE corner most nights and it never seemed that busy anywhere (except shangrila on saturday night, but he mud didn't help there)

# Wider walkways. No - maybe needed when muddy, but only been that mussy maybe 4 times in 20 for me.

# Better Caravan/campervan facilities. Stay inside the fence in a tent. Despite having a camper in the past, I only used it once for glasto. never liked being outside fence

# More attention to green/alternative issues. The green / healing fields used to be bigger, more of the festival focus for me. bring them back to how they were

# Licence to punch anyone who shouts "ALAN"..... or license to stab them in the face. ditto for anyone with a flag in front of stage or any f**ker with a chair in front of stage.

# Better security... get rid of the meathead c**ts in security, but then you'd have very little left... how about love security... or perhaps increase green police presense and allocate each green police team a meathead security twat to help if things get out of hand?

# Nothing - its perfect the way it is. TBH, it's changed a lot over the years but it's still pretty perfect :)

I said wider walkways, it's always a bit of a pain, especially if it's muddy, and the walkways at least give something solid to grip onto so you're not sinking into mud and breaking limbs/spraining stuff.

But it could be a few of those things really, the cup thing is an excellent idea, one of the few things that Festival Republic have done brilliantly on, it keeps litter down and makes recycling easier, I'm sure people wouldn't mind too much either paying a refundable 10p or re-using a cup. There could even be scope for special Glastonbury cups, say for a couple of quid a go, which are re-fillable at a 10p discount or something like that. The pyramid field in particular is disgusting after the headliners, absolutely shameful, so an initiative like this would be a winner. I loved seeing kids collecting the cups at Leeds fest for pocket money, and I'm sure there'll be a few folks who are on a tight budget who will be glad of the extra cash while clearing up the mess.

Sort out Ped C. It must be the busiest gate throughtout the festival and the hardest to navigate in bad weather because its based in a dip and next to a road!!

Cant they build a small wooden bridge over both of these that joins onto the Hill of D. They've got 2 years in which to sort this out.

Saw 2 kids needly crush on the Wednesday by a sliding 4x4 outside of this gate. Not nice!!

Also why have someone stood in the mud telling everyone there's a hole here avoid?! Surely these holes should be filled in pre-glasto. Infact get the person stood next to hole to fill it in instead of just standing there

I would employ me to organise and book an 80's/90's indie stage!

The only other things I would do is put a "Brother's" bar in at The Pyramid and The Park and ban dreary, Vegas-style, mime-along pop acts from headlining!

And possibly move it so that it isn't in term time. No, scrap that. I'd change term time at the school I work in to account for Glasto.

Its not on the list but they should do something about the family camping so there is more space near the kidz field. We took our kids, aged 2 and 4, to their first glasto this year, plus my in-laws who are both in their late 50's, also thier first, and once we got in at gate C the family camping near there was full. We then had to get our stuff across to Wicket ground to camp up. It took me and my father-in-law 2 roundtrips (a total of 10 hours) over two days to get our stuff to camp, plus the return trip on the Sunday. It didnt bother me but it really got to my father-in-law, who has said he hated the whole experience as he needs to go for an operation on his shoulder due to injuring it.

If the family camping was all in one place it would have meant an extra 10+ hours of time with my kids and easier access to the kidz field.

IMO there should be a section on the registration or ticket payment where you allocate how many children under 12 you are bringing, that way if they could suitably rearrange things they could allocate you a specific gate within decent distance of your allocated family camping area.

1) camping chairs restricted to behind the sound desk at pyramid and must be folded up when not in use.

2) brothers bar at the park

3) additional cost (£20) for wednesday entry to control numbers

4) more stewards controlling the queues to get in

5) more water taps

Personally i'd love to see the old cinema field come back. I always enjoyed sitting out and watching a film. Pretty sure a lot of the busiest areas at night would quieten down a fair bit if it was put back in place, as it could take a lot of people. The fact that you have to queue up and often not get in now to the tent has stopped me even trying to go.

Even though Queens of the Stoneage were loud as hell, I was pissed at the noisebleed from The Glade towards t'Other Stage.

That needs sorting. Perhaps by a huge wall, or a curtain made of some sort of space age material which could absorb the...............zzzz

I have no problem with chairs in front of stages but if you want to or need to use a chair then make sure you get to the performers you want to see well ahead of their start time and for headliners I'm probably talking a couple of artists earlier.

We'd stood and waited most of Friday knowing that to get a decent spot for U2 we'd have to commit to the Pyramid well in advance... U2 come out and right on cue someone barges through my group and unfolds camping chairs right in front of us where there was obviously no space for them, I highlighted my feelings on these actions to him in the succinct way that a day on festival strength Brothers would deliver.

Now am I being unreasonable? I think not. I was told him and his group "so much for the Glastonbury spirit", does the 'Glastonbury spirit' involve on their part forsaking common consideration for others?

Rant over!

Couldn't choose one thing!

Less people Its fine

Lower urinal Lower loo seats for ladies hovering!

Alleviate Gate D queue Sort C queue out too.

Screens at The Park no

MORE entertainment on Wed/Thur deffo not.

LESS entertainment on Wed/Thu deffo. Bring it back to being a 3 day festival with wed and thurs making your own entertainment

Rearrange late night areas rearrange many areas. Noise between other stage and Glade is a nightmare. More non 'dance' on after hours. Somehow split the late night, but there is licensing issues with after hours stuff being so close to Pilton. No idea what the solution is, but it certainly can't continue. The one way system was an idea, but not necessarily a successful one.

Wider walkways not needed

Better Caravan/campervan facilities dunno!

More attention to green/alternative issues Absolutely. Bring the festival back to being not only about 3 headliners and getting twatted. The green message should be HUGE and glastonbury, is slowly disregarding its ethics, its in danger of turning even more into a Reading/V. Emily needs to bring things back.

Licence to punch anyone who shouts "ALAN" And license to string anyone up who leaves the silver balloon canisters everywhere

Better security Never had an issue.

Nothing - its perfect the way it is far from perfect, but there's nowhere else I'd rather be.
