Look., it really doesn't have to be reduced to such an absolute judgement. Of course I'm taking the piss on one level, Jessie J on a Glastonbury Forum is never going to be a comfortable pairing for the majority of posters, I do know that. A lot of people look at this though and this is just the same for you all as all those Metalica threads that angrily grate diamond drill bits into the very navel of my soul are for me. All I know is that late at night, after the pub, when I am drunk, Jessie J sounds sweet like Pistachio Ice Cream in Naples, and I'm not giving that up for anything. She should have a place just like everyone else. Peace and love and Pitchy nonsense. X

yes, I saw that the other night. The show was a bit of a shambles.. who was that presenter. I was slightly anxious for Smokey.. his voice isn't what it used to be. Tracks Of My Tears made my and my wife both say 'Glastonbury'.. that was great!

However, the song he did with Jessie was just awful. Nothing to do with her or him, it was just pants!

Imagine the shitstorm if Neil actually started moving all the irrelevant threads out of the Glastonbury board. Bamber's not been online since the move, I really think somebody ought to tell him, it'll be easier for him if somebody sits him down and explains it to him. I, for one, was quite fond of this thread, and I'm sad to see it kicked out.

The Glasto forum is glorious for the number of 'transgressions' you allow. Over-zealous thread moving was one of the big reasons I left the Virtual Festivals forum, after it stopped being the official forum.

Jessie is a Glastonbury artist and I'm not the only one who thinks she should be back at some point (she drew a very big crowd)
