Sure.

I think we'll see more of this though, unfortunately, as the population grows and grows and grows.

To be honest, I'm sure that 99.9% of Brighton fans will be delighted with their ground when it's done, considering the Goldstone shambles all those years ago, the ground share with Gillingham and then using that stupid athletics stadium.

Very pleased to get 3 points yesterday. We looked great going forward but still very dodgy at the back. Vermalens continuing absence is starting to get very worrying now.

On the very much plus side for us, how much of a bargain was getting Chamakh on a free?!

I cant believe alan shearer is still paid by the bbc for his football insight. I dont think I have ever met anyone who thinks he does a good job. My favourites yesterday were his conclusion that at his best drogba is unplayable and that west ha play better with scott parker in the team, talk about stating the obvious!

i was raging when we went out the cup. especially as it was to a lesser team like you.

i don't buy this whole 'concentrate on the league' mentalitity. should be able to do both. what happened to this 'one game at a time' cliche :P

Oh, I'm raging too - losing to a team two leagues below us isn't something we should be doing. But we're shit at the moment, never winning the games we should win and only picking up points in games where we're desperate for the points. I'm pretty sure that the manager mostly has a "it's most important that we don't lose" idea with a team that's not good enough to play that way; when we go for a win we mostly get a win.

And while I was joking about the league, having said the above it's probably something we do need to concentrate on. At least Dover haven't ended up with a plum tie, so at least we've not lost out on too much.

    • Yeah, shambles if so.   Also a shame for the festival if it's that rather than money.    Sure more will come out in due course. I was (and still am) hoping she'd do it, selfishly.
    • Interesting that'd be the reason - given that there were reports citing that as the reason a few years ago as well.   You'd think that they (meaning both sides) would learn..
    • I gather the later you arrive the further away from the entrance to the festival you are?
    • Hope they skip the fireworks and the burning of the man this year tbh, seemed dodgy last year with all the reports of embers and this year is drier. Don't want to be a killjoy but it's only a big bonfire at the end of the day.    May also need extra care with BBQ and gas stoves etc, always worries me slightly in the campervan field where vans are very very close together!    Not had campervan pass in the mail yet either.   Looking forward to the beer festival and enjoying a few pints while taking in some mellow tunes in the walled garden if the sun carries on shining like this 😎
    • Haha yeah maybe not the best comparison as Gavin seems a good lad. It was to express how he's usually spot-on with his information
