U2 - First festival for over 30 yrs, no w*nky stage set up just one brilliant band playing a brilliant set on the best stage in the world.

IMO this will be a real Glasto moment

u2 without a doubt, im still buzzing at the fact that faithless arent clashing with them, i was really expecting them to be on at the same time to disperse the the crowds, ive been waiting over 20 years to see u2 grace the pyramid stage, i reckon were in for something special. (i thought that about springsteen last year though)

U2 for me...i can forgive the shades and "kenny everett" style preaching...alsong and they play mostly early material, i was weaned on it.

I've seen U2 twice, both times in Cardiff - once on their Joshua tree tour, recently on their 360 tour

seen many bands in between , but those two gigs were up there with my personal best ever gigs

so for that reason I know U2 will pull out the stops to make glastonbury a special gig for them

Its gotta be Boys Noize for me. I know its not gonna be the most popular choice, but with Simian Mobile Disco supporting them its a must for me. 2 of my favourite electro DJs playing back to back

Like Red Day has said it could be one of those moments, so its U2 for me. I saw the at Wembley this year and thought it was a let down. Overpriced and way to far up to get a real feel for the gig, but that's the money machine that's U2. But, having said that, no fancy set up etc, some great songs and the Glasto vibe and it could well be a great moment. I don't see anything else other than the Bootleg Beatles to sway me otherwise TBH.

It's very tricksy. I can't stand U2 these days but love some of the older stuff and I won't see them anywhere else. Flaming Lips are a big, big, big pull as they're just brilliant live. But I'm pretty sure, that on the night I'll be drawn to the Avalon tent to see New Model Army.

Or, as quite often happens at Glastonbury, the choice will be too much and I'll just take the decision away from myself and be up in the green fields somewhere.

But who will be on at the same time in the far reaches of the festi? I may have to make my mind up on the day and see what mates want to do...

This is the hardest decision in Glasto History for me (so was the heart wrenching Prodigy or Blur last year, which i chose Prodigy as i was seeing Blur a week later in Hyde Park)

Lips or U2? i saw U2 in Cardiff and loved 'em and i know they will pull of a cracking set, but the Lips i've never seen!!!!!
