ah, beat me to it, was just about to post the same. I'm a bit sceptical of this, tbh (digitalspy is a bit pony and not entirely reliable) but if it's true than you're right, it's another f**king good signing. I fear I may have been wrong in my dismissing the 40th as unlikely to be even more special that usual. It appears that even the organisers might have gone that extra extra mile.

Man alive, I've just read that last clause back, what a f**king dreadful sentence. anyway, you get the gist.

great news if true, but I'm not convinced at the moment :P

at the beginning of the year they said in a interview that they hadnt been asked, and something along the lines "it would be nice to play 2011"

digital spy seems to just pick news up from other places and repeat it (gigwise/nme/the sun etc), so it would be nice to know who was their original source

Hopefully they've only recently been asked (and said yes). I'm just wondering where they would play, especially after they headlined the Other Stage in 08 or whenever it was.

A high up Pyramid slot? They seem to suit darkness though...

I love MA , and their set in 08 was beautiful.

But I am sure Neil posted somewhere that although the band would lke to play , they had not

been asked by Glasto so it was a no no !

Hope that is wrong tho , and they do play !

will be interesting to see what slot they pick up if they do play, thought the 2008 set was so so, hoping they'll be better this time around, id make the effort to see them again

    • First thing I saw on socials today were people talking about Limp Bizkit spending most of their set dicking about, does not surprise me.
