Flags have been banned!

I never knew they were banned in the arena. Were they before, 'cause I'll be glad to see them go. Can't stand them.

There's never usually a great deal of flags at Leeds for me to notice.

I think people should stop whining over the whole thing and chill out a little. Whenever I've watched festivals on TV I've always thought that the flags add to the whole festival aesthetic.

flags were always a very easy way of finding people got no problem with the one's high in the sky/ other random bits dangling off a 50ft pole, but the other one's could completely ruin ur view.

i think flags and flares (both at footy and festivals) add to atmosphere and just thought i'd make the point that standing at a footy match is much better than sitting.....not that it has anything to do with festivals!

You've been banned from taking flags into the arena for years, but they've been available for sale. I'm pretty sure absolutely nothing has changed on that front, but if it has, it's welcome news.

Most people use flags so when there with a group of mates and there all pissed and someone goes off for a piss its easy to find there mates again.

Best news I've heard all day. Last year during Tenacious D was awful. Kept trying to get some photos and all I was getting in them were flags. Couldn't see anything!
