How much boos is at glasto?

Unlike Reading where its somewhat a tradition to 'bottle off' bands you don't like, I've never seen any negative reactions to bands. People simply move on....there's too much to see and do to hang about in front of a stage watching some band / act you've no interest in.

Never came across any bad vibes - perhaps its because the crowd are actually music lovers , unlike some crap at other festivals I've been at where bottles of unmentionables fly (usually on others) if you don't like the band - Meat Loaf at Knebworth , like a warzone!!

I saw a drunk clown get heckled in the kids field in 97 which was priceless! The same year, Symposium were actively encouraging people to throw mud at them on the Other Stage. They left the stage asking if everyone could do the same on the Pyramid when Sting was playing. Quality.

Is this thread final proof (if proof were needed) that we will all comment on anything.

I don't even know what the subject matter is about. Half are discussing booing, half are discussing boozing.....

I may start a thread about a piece of mouldy bread and see how are it goes......

And before anybody pipes up with some smart arsed comment about me being a daily mail reader or some crap like that...

I am as bad as everybody else........

So if its on booing..... as stated it depends how bad the acts are or who mean the event organisers are.....

So if its about Boozing, as much as you need!

and if its about the Toilets, they are free....

If its about the foo fighters, they are not playing...

The cows are not for sale sorry....

Eeewwwww why would you want to buy on of them! ? not Lisa Stansfield are you?

Rolf is not know to bring one with him and they are too feisty. Although they do taste good!

And your bloody spot on Glasto is a Zoo!!!!! but again once your in its free!

There covered off most of the bases there!

Who reads at glastonbury??

Seriously though, every band that has played reading and been bottled off, wouldnt be invited to glasto by Eavis. Reading punters were just showing their dissatisfaction at ignorant bookings.

Can you see Eavis booking 50 cent or daphne and celeste? If a festival is going to book joke acts, then they are going to be treated like comedians.

    • Hezbollah rejected it. Really Israel should get the f**k out, and US and others should support the Lebanese govt in defeating Hezbollah.
