  1. Phoebe not heading would be a result for me and if for some reason she was shoehorned on to the JP then all the better. Am off to see Julien Baker tonight after seeing Lucy Dacus earlier this year, I shall complete the Boygenius set at Glastonbury! I have to say @gabe's clashfinder is the first one to meet with my approval
  2. Very good line-up, wouldn't mind catching The Shires if I could fit them in. Whilst I will probably plan to be elsewhere, if I do find myself in need of something low key there is a load of stuff at the Acoustic tent. I haven't seen Laura Veirs in years, very tempted.

Cracking episode @glasto360 really good to hear the sage musings of @Gnomicide like every episode I'm sure I'll be listening again before the festival
  4. This looks like a solid revamp of a great area. Very excited by this. Cracking announcement
  5. I'm sorry Matt if Friday turns out like that I'll be fuming, the only four headliners I want to see all on at the same time! I sincerely, and with all due respect hope you've got this wrong.
  6. I obsess so my friends don't have to, they are more than happy for me to do the legwork so I can answer their queries. It is quite worrying how many conversations I manage to shoehorn Glastonbury into. Reining it in is impossible for me. I try and limit my Glastonbury What's App group updates to a couple of times a week so I do not completely bore them to tears.
  7. Just listening to Katy J Pearson....I think I shall be visiting the Croissant Neuf stage this year.
  8. Knightley and Lakeman will be awesome.
  9. I really like this change, it makes a little more of the stage in what is always nice lively area. It never really sat well in Silver Hayes for me
  10. That’s exactly what it is and it will be back in Brighton next week

Excellent stuff! Looking forward to it!
  12. It's just looking like a coffee van at the moment. Hopefully we'll find out more in Sticklinch in the coming weeks. Expecting the follow up email to have more information.
  13. Yep. That was always my route into the festival when I camped in Pylon. An annoying inconvenience for those dashing from Ped A to Oxlyers Wednesday morning but it is still doable.
  14. Toilets not marked on WV either but they are there. I suspect this very much a V1 map. A market area is marked in Sticklinch for your early morning coffee queue
  15. Looks like they have tried to create more space in certain areas. Silver Hayes is way roomier and I love the move of the BBC Introducing stage, that is really a great spot. When I camped in Pylon I always enjoyed the late night vibe of that area on my way home and having a decent stage there will only increase it's entertainment value. Can't see the Rum Shack in The Common or Trickett's Bar on the hill so I wonder how complete this map actually is right now.
  16. Shangri-La said this was the first of many announcements in their tweet so hopefully more to come. I had run of Venom Prison, Gojira and then a quick sprint down to Avalon for Frank Turner Pt II, what a night that was.
  17. If you can't beat 'em join 'em!
  18. Happy with Pigs/Bob Vylan and the Nova Twins. I'm not a fan of Wargasm to be fair, but I'm not sure this is enough bands to sustain a noisy stage for 4 nights. I do wonder whether Scum maybe sacrificed to make way for more space or an alternative venue, cannot wait to find out!
  19. Looking forward to checking out the names everyone is so excited for on this thread, but it does look a fairly Scum-free announcement. I wonder if they have changed the stages in Shangri La this year?
  20. Thanks for this tip, just gone and changed my settings!
  21. At the moment Billie on the Friday is the only one pencilled in for me.
  22. If you cannot get WV car parking tickets though the website. Go through the See Tickets website enquiry form using the Booking Ref for your Worthy View booking. I did this with my Sticklinch order and added the car park passes to my order that way. They were very helpful.
  23. At £8 a pint I'd stick to water and the odd cocktail. I think the bar prices will be relatively reasonable.
