@Aragorn so if the lead booker was to log into their See Tickets account > My Account > Orders, they can then click to import the order and that will show everyone’s order, but only on the lead bookers account.

 

As a non lead booker, I was able to do the following alternative method though:

 

https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice?aff=efestivals
 

Enter the order reference number (if you have a screenshot / photo from the booking confirmed page, it’s that number) and the postcode of the person who paid (in my case, this was different from the lead booker as we had to use another card).

 

It then took me through to this screen:

An email was sent from See to the lead bookers address with a list of all of the reg numbers ordered for.

 

We checked out at 9:25 and didn’t get our email until 10pm last night. I have had years where it’s come days later though so don’t worry!

Not worried at all, honestly. 
 

We couldn’t see the booking for group 2 on See’s site. Confirmation emails arrived eventually but we still couldn’t see the booking on See’s site. 

 

If you don’t receive anything by the end of today, contact Customer Service.

without a valid order - its almost impossible to see how you contact Seetickets - I cannot find an email address anywhere

Your lead booker can contact See Tickets via the Order Tracker:

 https://www.seetickets.com/customerservice/checkorder


The order reference number is in the subject header of the confirmation email that your lead booker received.

This is how they ask you to contact them via the confirmation email FAQs: https://glastonbury.seetickets.com/registration/lookup

 

Scroll down the page past the reg # lookup and you’ll see a Contact Form. All you need to enter is your Glastonbury registration # and email address. Not sure what page you get next, but worth a go.

Same for us. Only two tickets in our booking though as we were the last of the group to make it in.

And here. Got 6 tickets in the last couple of minutes of the sale. Lead booker email arrived but not the individual ones.

I assume others have had the individual emails arrive?

Our lead booker email arrived just after midnight, and only just got individual emails now!

I paid by CC, which is also still showing as pending, but so is a load of other stuff I bought around the same time plus I’ve had the lead booker email so I’m assuming that I wouldn’t have arrived if there was a problem with payment.

Thanks for the reassurance! It definitely isn't in junk and we received the lead booker email, just no sign of the individual ones yet.

Correct. Takes 2 days for my weekend purchases/payments to move out of “pending” on my credit card.

It can take up to 2 days for weekend transactions to be cleared. Also depends on the merchant’s system processing the payments. I had a holiday balance payment sit in pending for 5 days once. The delay wasn’t my CC but the holiday company. All went through fine.
