Did chappel get less of a crowd than Kid Cudi?

 

I tend to stay away from the main stage for the headliners at Sziget.

Yes, we were at the back for both and it was quite significantly less tbh. I was amazed!

We went with the basic pre pitched tent this year. I was a bit sceptical, wondering where it was going to be. After initially not finding it, volunteers as usual didn't know anything. 

 

Was in the perfect location, away from the stages and close to K Bridge. 

 

I have done all the upgraded campsites like VIP, Siesta, Bridge or was it chill. Always find it odd that VIP (ville) is right next to Bolt stage.

been camping in Ville for 5+ years, i just love the centralized location - everything is max 10 minute walk away. Gotten used to Bolt, i’m just so tired when I finally get to sleep that i just sleep through it.

Since Sziget is over for 2025, I want to hear your headliner predictions for Sziget 2026

 

My predictions are:

Wednesday: Dua Lipa or Tate McRae (Sziget loves Dua, I think she is coming next year)

 

Thursday: Teddy Swims or Justin Timberlake (Just my intuition)

 

Friday: Asap Rocky (Sziget will try to get him, beacuse of his cancelled show. If he does not came, I think it is time to book Kendrick Lamar after his show in 2018 at Sziget) 

 

Saturday: Rüfüs Du Sol / Keinemusik (If they are big enough for the headliner spot. If not, then Calvin Harris)

 

Sunday: Tame Impala (Possible new album, and a possible tour with a stop at Sziget)

 

Monday: Olivia Rodrigo (I can see on social media, everybody wants her at Sziget. I can imagine her performing on the last day at Sziget)

I would say it is very little chance, unless he decides to do little festival tour through Europe

Doesn't mean much for Sziget, but Hurricane Festival announced its first names (mid-June, Germany): Twenty-One Pilots, Kraftklub, Yungblud, The Offspring, Papa Roach, BHZ, Donots, Leony, Kayla Shyx

 

This could mean many of these names are ruled out, as last year they seemingly only shared one name with Sziget (Kneecap).

And ironically the only name they shared didn't end up playing either fest!
