it's not a problem, I'd say.

never heard of anyone having issues with it at the festival.

just don't be reckless, festival area is big enough and has a lot of places where you can be unnoticed. I would't smoke at the concerts since there could be some officers in civilian clothes

My friends had a problem with police because of weed. One ended up in police station while the other paid fine I think 200€ or more.

And be careful, you won’t notice the police because they are in civil

smoking will definitely be a problem for police, it's not allowed in public spaces.

decriminalized here means you won't go to jail if they find it, but you will be fined.

so yeah, still pretty conservative unfortunately.

festival security is another problem. it mostly depends, they're not all the same. but let's put it this way... I've been to 10+ INmusic editions and some of the worst experiences I've had with concert security was at INmusic (I've been at concerts all over Europe but INmusic is definitely the worst in that regard).

so it's doable, but I'd be very careful (with both the festival security and police).

Thank you guys.

Its strange, because here in Hungary ee have the strictest laws regarding drugs, but never had any problem with it at Sziget festival, which basically smells of weed the whole time, haha.

Maybe we will sneak in some brownies. That might work better.

Was at Jarun this morning and all looks more or less ready.

Bar prices this year are 5 euros for 500 ml beer and 6 euros for gin and tonic per the sign in the camping area.

thanks for the info!

beer was 4.5€ or 4€ last year?

Honestly can’t remember but given how much more expensive Zagreb has gotten over the last year 5 euros feels ok.

Seemed mega busy yesterday, anyone else find it busier then normal? That said really enjoyed Yard Act, Fontaines and the Streets. I’d expect numbers to be a little lower today…

Solid first day, IMO

It is extremly hot, but it is so much better compared to last year's rain.

Few upgrades were made on the sight, i really like finally decent H2O station.

Also, it is welcoming that now you top up money on your wristband and not anymore on another card.

The down side were huge queues to top up money on wristbands.

Indeed it felt quite crowded, i left after FDC, but they had bigger crowd as some headliners in previous years.

I'm missing more middle names, there is not much to see outside main stage and one world stage name.

I agree, felt really crowdy... I don't think we had this crowd in the last 5-6 years?

Also agree about the lack of middle names... too bad. But I knew this as soon as the lineup was finalized, so no surprises there.

I previously had comments about the festival security, but this year they didn't even touch me. almost felt like they read this forum lol

and regarding the weed, I think some records will be broken this year, you could get high with just breathing deep

This festival is a bit strangely organised, but its definitely enjoyable, if you know what to expect. Queues are a pain in the ass, the mandatory wristband top-up instead of uaing credit cards, and the worst of all, no water allowed to bring and the lack of toilettes.

However, the line-up is amazing.

Air may have been the best concert of my life - and Ive been to loads.

Michael Kiwanuka is also a f**king gem.

I didnt feel too much weed, but thankfully its easy to bring joints in. We are lighting up anyway!!
