Incidentally, I used to work with a bloke who had one of the first large 'rigs' (food vending outlets) at Glastonbury in the 80's and 90's. According to the taxman he was working for £16K a year at the place I worked. I once went to his country pile, complete with Rolls Royce outside. It was all cash (no cards) in those days.
