Coach ISSUE

Sorry in advance for posting this here....

Right then..my brother has decided today, hours before coach to try and find his E Ticket and it's not there. Of he goes to customer details the confirmation is there and under 'Despatch Details' its says ' ticket not despatched, e tickets will be despatch in May 2023'!!! Panic stations here....

Not quite sure what to do because trying to contact see tickets before 6am departure is now proving very hard!! Do you think the ticket conformation email will be enough for the coach driver with his ID?

Try the search facility on emails . Type in see tickets if you’ve not tried that

I’m guessing you all booked together so you know the coach allocation? The driver I guess will have his ticket in their possession if all well

Take ID and he should be fine.

He should definitely go down and as Lucy says, the driver should have his festival ticket, so that, along with suitable ID should be enough to convince the driver he should be going. And there will be a spare spot too. As long as there's no argument over seats, the driver will just want to leave ASAP.

You don't need the e-ticket to get on the coach. In my 4/5 years I've had no ID checks or "ticket" checks. As long as he knows his coach number and time he can just jump on and they will call our his name or ask for his name as he boards. It's generally very casual. The only time i've seen checks was one year on the way back as everyone was trying to jump on random coaches.

Yeah, there’s no showing tickets - so long as they show up to the right bus, the driver will have names, if they’re on the list then all good

Thank you for the reposnses...he doesn't know his coach number because assuming that comes with the E Ticket email BUT he is going with 3 friends who all got their ticket at same time and they are all on the same coach number.

When you say the same time you mean they all booked in one transaction? If so they’ll all be on that booking and the same coach

Yeah all booked and got tickets on same booking.

Weve searched emails and junk over and over and everything is there from the past 10 years just not that.

Some times I can’t see some of my emails when using a mobile device, if not already doing so try a computer or laptop

I had this issue, last week they had to resend to me. I looked on laptop and still wasn’t in my inbox.

The driver will have a list of names as long as his ID and picture on ticket matches up he will be fine

There's no barcode or anything on the email. It just has a load of information. If he has ID I'm sure he'll be fine.

Driver will just call names out.  What you need to know is which coach you are on if you are at a stop where more than one coach stops at the same time so you are in the right queue....

Love the last minute stresses. Usually makes for a better festival and I'm talking from experience
