First announcement for 2025. This will go down really well at the right price. Big party day out.

ah was there - I clearly wasn't paying attention then!

City Parking, Ed Cosens, Bedroom High Club, Harriet Rose, Sam Scherdel, Matilda Shakes... expect Ed may get his own set again next year at RnR too.

We can but hope.  It's a joke that wears thin after a few viewings.

Same with Lancashire Hotpots for me too at other festivals. Once or twice is plenty of times. Would be nice to see some originality in the bookings, including the Open Arms roster, but I'm not holding my breath.

They are announcing dates for Norwich too, if anyone is out that way.

Curious to see how they do the 'local' angle... Google not very forthcoming on bands from Norwich/East Anglia other than The Farmers Boys (80s indie pop) and The Darkness.

How much did I see these going for? Over fifty of my British pounds?

£60 with booking fee for the Saturday.

Went this year and thought was a bit pricey but was an excellent day.   Will wait for further line up announcement before I commit for 2025.  Also there were loads of cheap tickets flying round in the weeks before so reluctant.

Am I being stupid but when it says Pete Doherty & Carl Barat isn't that going to be a Libertines gig? But The Libertines are bigger so can't call it that?

Pete has done acoustic tours before so might be something like that I guess

Wonder if they've got them booked for the Newcastle Come Together festival too? EDIT: no they're not in Europe those those dates.

Not someone I have ever listened to.

I saw them live once, many years back, supporting The White Stripes at Harewood House. They were a bit too 'heavy' for me, not helped by the fact the rain was on a par with Tramlines 23.

    • If you didn't see melt banana at Apolo. Go see them at the festival. Insane.
    • Interesting, and thanks for coming back to give an update! I've seen that the second stage looks bigger than usual too, looks to be a Serious Stages - Stellar Stage from distance photos.    Seems like sizing wise stages have been scaled up somewhat this year.
    • I see its cancelled now but they did leave it really late to announce plus they are up against Kelburn Garden Party Festival not to far from the festival site.
