Simple as the title this one, for me the saturday is easily the strongest day act wise (although i don’t really have a headliner). Sunday the weakest (still very strong!)

Friday Saturday Sunday for me.

Most people I want to see are on Friday so I will have to make some sacrifices to clash gods on that day sadly. Saturday and Sunday should be rather pleasant. Fewer must sees on days 4/5 but plenty of "I quite fancy seeing them" clashes less of an issue on saturday/sunday.

Friday by a mile, then Sunday, then Saturday

For me Friday is stacked all day, but weak on headliners.  Still deciding between Billie / Foals but not big into either.

Sunday is the exact opposite - weaker during the day but with 3 headliners clashing that I would pick if they were on any other night - PSB / Charli / Bicep.  Decisions, decisions but probably will be at PSB.

I've got most clashes on Friday but my schedule is bursting at the points on each day...

Confidence Man and the run of Bonobo -> Jon Hopkins -> Four Tet probably swings it for Friday.

The run of Ishmael Ensemble -> Emma-Jean Thackray -> Nightmares on Wax / Herbie Hancock -> Diana Ross with Bicep to finish the day probably brings home silver for Sunday. Hell, might have to promote that to Gold.

Saturday is still clash central with some great bands and afternoon dance options, AND finishes with a Beatle. Yet I'm putting it last.

I need to lie down.

    • I'm bemused why Jaissle hasn't been confirmed yet. If he and his coaches are already there, surely the paperwork to send this through must be somewhat sorted and confirmation imminent, no?   Feel like clubs are soft on tapping up now as an industry, right? I swear most deals seem to be a case that personal terms are agreed beforehand. In an older life, this Bruno deal has a potential case imo given the use of intermediaries to plant a seed in Bruno's mind this was a good idea (much I'm prepared to accept last season's mess would likely have had Bruno doubting if he wanted to stay regardless) but the industry seems more forgiving of this stuff at present. Wind seems to be picking up that a deal is about to happen regardless. Shame as I'd have been more willing to accept a move to Real Madrid but it is what it is.   Would be nice if we could show some more balls with this stuff tbf. Feel like the owners are taking a strange lesson from Isak last year in that now, we just have to let everyone go at the first sign of trouble, even though other clubs in a similar boat to us are seemingly more willing to turn back and tell pursuers to f**k off.
    • I wouldn't. U2 would almost certainly be doing stadiums and Muse have been saying they have stadium shows booked. They're the likelier of the two to be doing BST Hyde Park, but my expectations would be to expect them turning up at a stadium.
    • Exactly. One rumour doing the rounds was that they were playing 2 stadium shows in Greece next summer and that I would assume it'll be part of the same tour to do a London stadium gig.
    • Fontaines would be excellent, if not for the fact R+L have them this year. Spurs feels bold - though achievable, of course.
    • Start your engines.    Going to hazard a guess at St. Vincent, Faith No More and LCD Soundsystem as the more boutique "coup" options.    Expect Rick Astley one among the Radio 2-friendly bankers.    Let the guesswork commence!
