There was two stands selling it both called "Carribean Delicious", one near the Hilltop hub and one quite near to the Hilltop entrance of Tangled Roots. It was pretty good but quite expensive.

The one at hilltop had a young girl taking the orders who couldnt have looked less interested in doing her job and was more interested in drinking whatever was in her paper cup, while an elderly man hobbled around on a walking stick putting the food together extremely slowly in front of a lot of people waiting. An authentic jerk experience 😂
