Greens do not fit into the old system - there is a square split into 4 squares where the top left is 'left' top right is 'right' and greens are left of the bottom left............... each square has a label - this is a simple versionl, the on eI recall is more detailed.

and don't forget - far right and far left are pretty much one and the same as the system is circular rather than linear hecne bugger all difference really between Stalin and Hitler.

Here is a different version

and at the next election voter ID will have  apart to play - I wonder how big a   part?

Warning of potential 'serious disruption' at next general election due to new voter ID laws

A report today has warned there could be "serious disruption" at the next general election due to the impact of new voter ID laws.

Electoral administrators surveyed for a report by the Local Government Information Unit (LGIU) expressed concerns about implementing the policy with staff shortages, strained resources, and complex electoral law.

The report says: "Voter ID was introduced without visible problems in the May elections, and most issues remained behind the scenes.

"Electoral administrators are concerned that the pressures of a general election will offer an opportunity for serious disruptions to occur."

Separately, the elections watchdog has called on the government to expand access to voter ID after the new rules introduced in this year's local elections prevented some from voting.

In its interim report in June, the Electoral Commission found that 14,000 people – 0.25% – did not vote after being unable to show an accepted form of ID.

They recommend the list of accepted IDs be expanded, including the option to be vouched for by another voter for those without the requisite ID.

Blair reckons tory tax and spend hasn't worked and it's time to bin all that and rely on the robots.

He’s not really wrong, is he? The Tories have put up taxes and their plans haven’t worked.

Centerist cos their policies are now deemed to be 'centre' and mainstream - even though they are the same policies they had 20 years ago and were considered radical.

Now the bigger parties are stealing them the Greens are seen more and more as the norm

    • Mount Kimbie were really good. Great Sound, great crowd. A nice way to end this day.
    • Yeah what was up with Jai. Not great tbh. Would like to hear other opinions bc I didn't really like him
    • Ethel Cain and Brutus to bookend the day were my highlights. Had been listening to Brutus a bit over the last few weeks and had no clue the vocalist was the drummer, insane workload! Ethel was just other-worldly, and even managed to shut the yappers in the crowd up.   Lana was late, flat, but I was stood near the back and away from the masses and it was alright. Ocean Boulevard stood out, not least because her backing singers seemed to know how to perform better.    Even stuck around for most of The National and really enjoyed a band I've never got on board with before. Just so much good music happening!
