Yep. Press saying Jeremy Hunt sacked her.

Well that's just peachy isn't it. Do we think he did it out of spite for Truss pulling her triple lock stunt at PMQ. Press going to have a field day etc.

...Oh just seen Ozanne's message, ignore above...WTF does "security" mean. Jesus, I'm actually laughing, but this is getting ridiculous.

Would love to know who Peston's source(s) are. It used to be Cummings before he got sacked, but no idea who it is now. Must be high up in no 10 staff or even cabinet to have this level of detail.

And to use the "Rome is burning" turn of phrase too.

Time for JRM to get out his fiddle in the HoC.

Does anyone know if Braverman is in a safe seat (I'm not googling it - I don't want that on my history!)? Seeing her lose her seat would be sooooo sweet - in a pack of c**ts, she might just be the worst of the lot!

Massive majority I’m told

Are any Tory seats safe under current polls?

She is in Fareham, has a majority of 26.1k and has 63.7% of the vote.

    • Judging by last night at Wembley, Luke Combs should be in the conversation of headliner. The UK is having a moment with country music so I don't think it would be particularly left field either.
    • Just listed on Twickets
    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
