@luckysalt I reckon they have hit it the best possible this year, Noel is a massive get but even heading and playing a lower fest spot last year at Latitude he has MSP under him. Quite surprised he has accepted it. I have a hotel booked just in case though as if it's get some more good names it'll beat R&L comfortable.

Oh you mean because they were booked under him last year at Lattitude you're surprised hes agreed to headline a fest they are also headlining. Maybe because he respects them and understands they're worthy of that slot?

Well I think Victorious is an even lower fest in terms of being recognized/size etc is more what I mean. It's not so much agrees to do something they are heading as that'd a bit unfair on MSP.

We've booked up as a family. £189 for both day's for 8 of us. Pretty good going all considering.

Pixies would be incredible although I doubt it'll happen. 

Still think Belle & Sebastian could play, would be a decent sub under either of the headliners

Looks like we'll probably get Everything Everything and Circa Waves. Madness did Fratton Park last year so that probably wont happen. The Hives would definitely be cool

Madness also doing BoomTown, which isn't to far realistically. I think they're doing Fratton again, could be wrong on that though. But 90% sure they won't be at Victorious.

Can be just have The Hives and not the other two. Just need a couple more for Sunday and then I reckon it's worth booking. For price it's the best lineuo this year easily.

Based on the lack of availability of hotels in the vicinity since the announcement guessing the tickets are shifting a bit faster than last year.

Reckon they will have a lot of people returning from last year who aren't from the area, lets face it, its great value. 

Surprised they aren't putting a survey out though asking how they can improve, I would defo say bar and merch needs improving VASTLY.

I would have loved to have bought merch last year but it was so cheaply done it was a disgrace. This is a legit fest now but looked like it was just some students making it. 

And we all know the bar issues.

I'm sure someone said that the people behind Meat and Barrel had something to do with the bars. Shame it's not more like their actual bar which was great.
