Yeah and the two little ones they've done have been faves of the festival so makes sense to give them their own little announcement.

True, keeps everyone happy and can see them doing the same for some of the other staples. Looking forward to the next proper announcement though.

Anyone done campervan at this? Wondering what kind of pitch size you get and if you can have a tent on your pitch. Also can normal campers visit you? Line up looks decent enough and I hear nothing but good things about the festival. Considering giving it a go.

I haven't done a camper van myself but the camper vans are outside the fence and seem to have a fair bit of room (sorry can't be more specific than that!), I can't remember if I've seen tents pitched next to them.  Normal campers can easily come out to visit - the vans are pitched right next to the fence and near the entry/exit points - but you can't get back into the site between 11pm and 8am.

The pitches are 5 metres square, but you aren't allowed tents next to the camper.  I emailed them on this very point as at least one of our gang are taking theirs.

I've bought a campervan pass, just working on the camper!

Thanks for that. Wow that's a small pitch. My van is 5m long so it'll be a tight squeeze with the awning too. Hope my neighbours can put up with snoring :)

Praying for Frightened Rabbit.

Still can't think of many options other than them, Neck Deep or Frank Turner.

I'd be happy with Frightened Rabbit - not sure they fit Pop Punk Sucks' clue above though?  ATG have got Glassjaw which rules them out.

Tbh i’m 99% it’s going to be Frank Turner or Neck Deep at this point. Also @Pop Punk Sucks said people will be happy and they’re the only two that are very commonly wished for in this thread really. Personally I’m hoping for Neck Deep as I like them and they are my mate who i’m going with’s favourite band and as I haven’t known Frank Turner for a particularly long time like most people he doesn’t really have that ‘legendary’ status for me, but I would still be very happy with him.

Unless plans have changed in the last few days, there's no plan to announce the final headliner in the next announcement. Is some very good undercard stuff though.

When's it coming?

also, gizza couple hints

    • This basically!, it's about as clear as day they'll be there.
    • Yeah there is no down time, I'm still tired and over thinking from last weeks work. A big reality check this week. If you just do it for the money you always will.

    • Robbie Williams would fit with the current state of the legend’s slot, and he’d bring the house down.
