Are or will Leftfield do more than one set ?

Yeah my mate saw them Thurs last thing, his housemate had a spare ticket so he went to see them. Not even his sort of music, bastard !

I had a spare too, was struggling to give it away with it being a school night, never thought of putting it on here, got a tenner off a tout but would have give it someone who would have loved it go.

surprising to see that he's only been playing one song from Leftism in his sets (Inspection (Check One). was pretty gutted about missing him, and i'm sure it'll still be incredible, but this lessens the blow somewhat

Yeah Glastonbury/Festival set though, I'm hoping they will go for a bit of a greatest hits theme. As my mate put it "they played that tune from the Guinness advert" lol

would love to see them but George Clinton for me. Hopefully catch Leftfield somewhere else and probably never get the chance to see Funkadelic again. My missus is going though

New album sounds pretty good but I'm a bit relieved by this as it lessens the blow, as you say.

Nice to be in a position where I'm pretty easy where I end up on Saturday night. West Holts, Glade, JP, Sonic all got good stuff on for example.

They headlined Body and Soul in Ireland last night so I'm hoping to hear from my mates when they eventually answer my message about the setlist.

Mind you there is every chance they haven't got a clue.

I think Sonic will be rammed but given the colossal clash on Saturday night with PSB, Jon Hopkins and Funkadelic, I'm hoping it won't be as bad as it could have been

I'd like to thin it will be rammed. Although to be fair they do appeal to a certain age group foremost so maybe not.

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
