It really is bugging me. Think it is an installation... perhaps a new one. But this area is usually where food stalls are. But with the new hardcore placed... is it going to be something new

The truck looks like it's buggering off. I wonder if it is just going to sit there as its new home now? Obviously needs the back half adding.

If I remember correctly, it's old home was were the rave tree is now.
