I have loved reading the camera obsessive thread :) Will be great to see timelapse from this years camera. I always loved the videos from previous years and thought I was alone in like to look in on the site and see how it is progressing, particularly now the fence is edging ever westwards.

Has it moved? I can see more out West beyond the site and and it goes as far as the stone circle.

edit; actually I can see a little bit more of the eastern section it was just because I'd zoomed in

No, I don't think so. Look at the screenshots from a few days ago at the top of page 14

Credit where its due, they're still ploughing on with that fence on a Sunday in a bank holiday weekend. Now up to the viewing area, which is my favourite bit to see the fence and where we'd first see it on the old webcam.

It's about time really I guess, the majority of acts on the other would be be high up the bill of any Festival so is only right it gets a more iconic stage, I can't wait to see what it looks like, I'm sure Emily Eavis said it would be unique/groundbreaking?

    • If the below link works - thats interesting.   While I don't particularly put much stock in that account as a source (never seen it before though, tbf), and I can pick a hole or two (see below) in what he says - the timing of it is a week before I had the Fontaines '27 stadium info (same stadium he says on there, Tottenham). The info, or part of it, matches up.   Holes I'd pick: I'd have to watch again but I THINK he says 'end of year' for Tottenham - not possible, for a number of reasons, though he's probably just got his words mixed up there. It's Summer '27. He also says Glastonbury is/would be based on how the album does. That doesn't stack up to me, unless it was a 2028 thing. I suppose that could stack up, but still seems a bit of an odd approach. I would personally still expect it to be 2027 alongside the stadium gigs, IF they are gonna do it, though I've still not got a Scooby when the album is gonna drop, only that the tour is due for Spring (or early) next year.   Interesting, nonetheless.   https://www.instagram.com/reel/DaOB3Q9qkwW/
    • I was hoping that they would just do a tour like they were set to in 2020, rather than having Download as their UK appearance. If they are at DL, I would be surprised to see them headline. I think they sub under Deftones or SOAD
    • well, we might know by the end of next month if they drop the lineup early again
    • I'm definitely not camping 🙂.  My 17 year old Daughter and her friends are there 3 days and commuting back to Sheffield each day as didn't want to camp .  I am taking and picking up the Saturday so thought I may as well get a ticket as love Fontaines DC - need to do a lot of research on the other acts though to fill my day.    I walked through the camp site other year the day Arctic Monkeys played and it was like a War Zone.  My Son has camped a couple of times but didn't fancy my Daughter staying over.
