Nah, where cost is considered Burger King and Wimpy can get bunned. KFC does rule over everything though.

KFC chicken does a job after a few beers but their fries are an embarrassment. total waste of spuds.

Do get a Burger King.

It all depends who has the cleanest toilets for me. The first toilet visit after the festival when the cheeks hit lovely porcelain again have to be special. The food comes second to this requirement.

The obligatory burger stop on the way home at a service station is one of the few highlights of leaving the place. I reckon I spend over a tenner on just crappy burger king fare.

I recall one year spending 90 minutes in a cheap £5 all you can eat Italian place in Bristol one Monday while waiting for our hotel to sort our room, just demolished their food.

How do we all feel about pizza?

Had a very intense argument with some friends a while back, got so detailed that we were slating places for their quality of single toppings alone

Pack as much meat on as possible and you can't go wrong.

A simple cheese and tomato or just a single pepperoni topping is criminal.

    • Its just going to be another dementia tax isn't it? The issue is this is going to be seen as a continuation of the labour government that have already raised taxes 1000% above manifesto promises.
    • One thing that Burnham has been talking about is scrapping inheritance tax and replace it with a social care levy ... which would be less progressive, but might be a good idea if was a solution for the social care crisis. Would need to sell it well to a public who would prefer not to pay more tax.
    • Maybe you should put your name forward to be Burnham's chancellor.
    • But I think the point of that Dan Needle tax thing...we need to put up income tax, for all incomes (and thresholds should be unfrozen).
    • There are no easy answers...more than anything we need growth...and probably main ways of getting that is borrowing more to invest in stuff that makes us super sexy, and/or cut taxes on business and wealth generation which would mean less money to spend on public services and welfare and would obviously be super unpopular and get you chucked out of govt. On top of all that got an aging population, a growing welfare bill, a call for higher spending on defence, housing inequality, higher borrowing costs, and probably a load more sh*t on the way due to the Iran war (although so far it hasn't been that bad?)
