And yes, I did bounce around the supermarket, Matty :)

Evening all. Just home from a walk and had a first listen of a Glastonbury playlist. Lot of stuff I wouldn't be interested in but a lot of stuff I would and a nice discovery - Magic Alex. Down as TBC on here. Can't find anything on them / him. Anyone heard anything?

All I know about Magic Alex is that the actor John Simm is one of the members. I met him at glasto a few years back, and said a quick hello, as I'm a big fan of Human Traffic. Lovely bloke! They're definitely on my 'need to listen to' list!

Seeing as the Oirish contingent are in, what's the verdict on Tayto's crisps?

Tayto are good but King are better ;)

EDIT: In my humble opinion of course

Fair enough! Only asking because gumby jr. calls spuds 'taytos' and I saw some in tesco (in the 'international' aisle!) so gave them a go. I thought they were pretty average. Not tried King ones, I'll look out for them.

Shit - that's not good. I have never had a migraine but I hear they are horrible. Send her virtual hugs

Ta for that, might be easing now, never sure if it'll tip back though.

Reading through the hangovers thread makes a quite interesting approach to dealing with a hangover. Lots of pharmaceuticals / food / more booze seems to be the remedy however I just tend to get on with it.

Never heard nor seen this 5HTP (is that right?) stuff..may give it a go once payday comes around

Did the 5HTP last year and can honestly say it made no difference whatsoever.. keep the pennies for other things

    • The Great Fete Festival (Sunday Only) Ocean Colour Scene day on Tickets For Good.
    • I was also at Ghost but seated. When they scanned my ticket's and they came up as seated they printed a small ticket with the seat number info.
    • I was standing for Ghost at O2 London last year where they put the phone in a pouch beforehand so I assume they're is a mechanism in place for people in seats.
    • Most likely not, keeping an eye on Tixel and Twickets might be the best option.
