i went to a great, great gig last night if one happens to have a passing interest in the hippety hop.

DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist djing with the record collection that belongs to Afrika Bambaata; the actual original vinyl he used to create some of hip hop's foremost and pioneering music. the vinyl usually lives in a museum as it is of such historical import. and all performed in the Albert Hall in Manchester, a cracking venue, my first visit. a very special night indeed.

if that's your kind of thing, last night was the first of the tour. get on it!
