this was my 10th glasto in a row. and due to lack of sleep (10 hours in total since wednesday), not enough food, too much raving and too much of everything i am one dizzy ass useless mother lover!!!

you woUld of thought i'D be used to this feeling by now, but even after being in this state on many occasion it's still an absolute bugger to shift.

do you know what i need, a really heavy exercised filled, drink infested stag do on saturday.

Find a week or two on 5htp tends to do the trick. Wouldn't take it for too long though because

A) it's nuts expensive

C) you'll develop a tolerance and end up a walking zombie

that's the 1st time ive brought morning remedies, berroca(cheap style), aspirin and dioralyte and although i was far from perfect and absolutley ringo starred each morning, after a few good sleeps i felt better....

even went back to work a day early!!

As is tradition, I took Monday - Wednesday off to rest and recouperate. This went quite well, infact by Monday afternoon I was sat at home thinking "I could do some work now if I had to".

Then went into work on Thursday and felt absolutely suicidal.

Resolution for next year - book the whole 2nd week off.

I once advertised on Gumtree (in their Lost / Found section) the fact that I had lost my brain in a part of Birmingham while on the piss. I had some very nice responses from some people eg one woman saying that she had also lost her brain when she became pregnant and now no longer knew where anything was in her house etc etc. I did also get one response from someone telling me to get a life. I responded to him that it was obvious to me that I had a better life than him for a variety of reasons eg. I wasn't the sad bastard he was in looking at the Lost / Found section of Gumtree for something to do. He never did get back to me on that.
