He had a bad game, showed his age and should retire from international football now, he's still got a couple of years of prem football left in him. He's done enough for England though as it turns out along with the rest of them he's just below that level it takes on the World stage. He's a Liverpool great and has dragged our team along for the last 10 years, he owes nothing.

He was good in.the first half, can't blame him for the goal entirely. Defence was caught sleeping...

Yes though his time has come. If we have nout to play for Tuesday, fuck him off and let the young guns go for it.

Barclay, Wilshere, Llaney, chamberlain if fit.

This is true, which I am happy about. I'd rather have the festival for the music and others rather than it spoiled by the football . Watch it though I do, one week out of the year without is great :)

That first half last night was shocking, and the last 25 minutes against Italy was dreadful.

Last night was so bloody painful and yet so bloody English, and I question whether or not they deserve to go through whenever another team could go through, play superb football actually worth watching and stand a better chance than England ever would. I don't think the question should be whether or not they go through (we still can) but whether or not they deserve it.

Well there's the small matter of what we as Liverpool fans had to endure from him. Plus he's just a terrible manager. His appointment is just two fingers to all the upcoming, progressive coaches in the UK. Has he ever won anything outside of Scandanavia?

It just perplexes me that anyone could consider him above the level of a mid table team, let alone England manager.

Hasn't it been generally accepted after how absolutely bollocks Russia were the other night that Capello just isn't suited to the international style of only seeing players once every six weeks?

Bring back Sven I say. Shite football but at least he got us as far in tournaments as we deserved.

    • SFA next year was my thinking too, they seem to be doing every other festival bar GM this year which seems odd, so I suspected it would either be a secret SFA headliner this year or something big for 2027. We'll see though!
    • https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ckgdm008emro   Knebworth licence granted and until 3am also:   “The licence allows events for up to 125,000 people, with live music and dance performances permitted until 03:00.”
    • But but but Coachella, have a day off mate. It probably does drive them insane like the blood orange round stage you mentioned it stayed up the entire day so if you wanted to see anyone in that tent you had a massive area in the centre where you couldn’t stand. Its not unusual to want to have as much space for people as possible in the field
