There's a difference between saying bad things about the festival and labelling someone racist, which is massively damaging, and as far as I know/can see, quite obviously untrue.

I don't think it's a case of not liking him being outspoken, it's daring to say something bad about

Glastonbury. He's a prick alright but that's standard, saying bad things about the festival is the icing on the cake that means he gets a special thread (or two) in his honour.

Michael Eavis has always encouraged a diverse festival, any comment suggesting otherwise only shows a lack of knowledge.

I once listened to a Wiley record, it seemed to basically be a list of products he felt he should tell us he could afford interspersed with someone else singing something. I won't be doing that again.

'Wot U call it' is still a hell of a fucking tune. Love that record. Some of that early grime stuff is marvellous. That 'Run the Road' compliation is essential. 100 times the vibrancy, urgency and energy of anything else that was around at the time.

I agree with you in that I hate it when people say the festival isn't good or whatever. However, in this specific instance, for me at least, it is the fact that he has accused someone of racism wrongly, that is why he is a w*nker.
