They are absolutely delicious and at 79p they aren't to be sniffed at, tastes like Lemonade with a real thirst quenching hit.

Looks yummy like that, but did you drink it at hot sunbaked tent temperatures? Too many nice cold things are horrible warm

Warmness is my worry at taking loads of cans of cider and speckled hen, would one of those folding buckets full of water do the job?

Without a cool box the best thing to do is to slip your cans for the next day under the groundsheet of your tent, won't be ice cold but won't be warm either.

made the mistake of leaving kronenberg cans inside my tent last year when I left in the morning....by the time I got back lets just say theyd have made a good `forefit` drink playing ring of fire but thatd be about it! taking cider, ale and spirits this year not so harsh to drink warm then lager thats for sure

yeah I've discounted lager on this basis. I think I'll try a mixture or ciders and ales in a bucket of water and under the groundsheet.

Also thinking of freezing a box of rose wine for Mrs C, thats gotta be a good idea surely?

Bought one of these to try seeing as they're so less than half the price of everywhere else.

This is the first time i'll not be bringing a lot of booze with me. I am going to try and stay relatively sober this year compared to previous years. There has been a couple of times in the past where I have got stupidly out of it. A couple of Hip Flasks with some Jura in it and i'll buy my beer from the Bars along with a visit or Two to the Brothers van to try this new Cloudy Lemon Cider.

Sorry guy's thought I'd put the shop to which I found this bargain, it was another B&M's bargain find. The % is 4.8% IIRC.

Cheers dude, I'll have to pop over and grab some of them, if there is any left. Am going to Home Bargains after work too, I'll report back with any decent deals.

I've never been in B&M, just looking through their stock online. They have Cobra lager in cans! 8x500ml for £6 woaa. They don't seem to have much cider though..

edit: no results come up when you search Brothers :resent:

    • Generally shorter too, I imagine. 🙂
    • Will that work for arenas with seats? People will have their tickets on their phones and needs to find their seat.
    • Excellent new release from overpass today - well worth checking out.
    • Having lived here for 2 and a half years now my take is that security, safety and organisation are just not a priority in Spain. It's not even exclusive to festivals. It's a part of everything.   Simple example. I'm Irish and in Ireland if you assemble a construction site you have to adhere to a lot of regulations about cordoning off the site so nobody can enter and get injured. Here, you're walking down the foot path and suddenly without any warning you're in a construction site. If not, you'll suddenly find yourself directed onto the road to get around the construction.   Life is more laid back here in general. Pros and cons.
