When you mention The Black Angels, you should never make the mistake again of not putting their name in bold text.

I think in the run up to the festival when we get a clearer idea of who's playing where, we should have a thread like last year where people can discuss what sort of Psych Rock was available onsite. Saw some good bands last year on the recommendations of a few people here - see Jagwar Ma are back again too.

The Black Angels

How could I be so silly!? Apologies on that ;)

Hopefully there is a fresh thread on this years Psych needs when more stages and acts are announced but looking at the poster we have BJM, War on Drugs, Temples, Jagwar Ma, Gong, Black Keys to some extent, The Horrors from what I can see although there's quite a few names I've never heard of and/or never listened to.

Any more of that genre on the poster that we might have missed?

Yeah he's got the Primary Colours at the moment but also released an album as himself. Check out the singles 'Yes' and 'Tripping'. The video for 'Tripping' on YouTube doesn't have a hyphon so just says 'Joel Gion Tripping'.....I expected something completely different than a music video :P
