Just about to get tickets for this but realised their reunion show is 1st July 2014.

On that day of all days, the day after Glasto Monday, I think the last place I'd want to be is somewhere far away from home in a room full of lots of people :P .... shame :(

Got Wednesday, but wife can't do mid-week.

Been trying for 2 for Saturday for around 15 mins but sold out.

So, all sold in 15 mins - 22000 x 5 tickets ie 110,000 in 15 mins. Makes Glastonbury's 80 minutes look glacial.

Though, as always, very concerned about how many seem to already be on StubHub, GetMeIn etc, for quite ridiculous prices

Although everyone thinks of the music side of Glastonbury, it is actually much more than that, last year we had among many others Phil Jupitus and Andy Parsons for example, so a warm up by the Python crew on the Pyramid for the legend slot would be epic and not to out of place. So if they are really doing this because their hearts are in it, rather than just to increase the size of their huge personal fortunes, maybe it could be a possibility?

The Monty Python stage show has been extended from one date to five, running from 1 to 5 July next year.

The first show sold out within 43.5 seconds, organisers announced.

Except it isn't really sold out though is it, all it means is that the official ticket retailers have shifted their allocation to others to make obscene profits. And why should the official ticket sellers care? They already have in all the money they were ever going to get, and they know if it wasn't for the touts that would never have shifted so many dates so quickly. It a shame that even though people will probably not get another chance to see this at the proper price there will still be empty seats.
