So ... GCHQ and the NSA have "targeted charities, Germans, Israeli PM and EU chief".

Most amusingly, back in October David Cameron signed an EU motion condemning the NSA's spying of world leaders including Merkel ... and now it turns out that GCHQ was spying of world leaders .... including Merkel.

Could there be a clearer indication that GCHQ has operating practices that are outside the knowledge of those who are meant to have oversight of their activities?

They are very obviously write their own rules, and the already-laughable claims from the likes of Hague who says that everything they do is legal is tosh.

Yes they spy and almost for the sake of it. I've not heard of many cases where they've succeeded in putting two and two together and making anything significant. Old boys and their toys.

I've just had to look that up. Now I'm wondering if Windy Miller and his windmilling practices in Camberwick Green was a sexual deviant. I mean, I've suspected it for some time, but this could be the bit of information that finally exposes the bloke.
