Already headliners in the US and a pretty established act in Europe. El Camino looked like a pretty big breakthrough for them over here. I think if they continue on their upward trajectory there's no reason why they shouldn't be considered headliners in the UK next time round, and i feel like they are the type of band R&L would push up

They'd have needed songs out and on FIFA 14 to headline. Missed the boat.

Joking aside though, I think they're a way off headlining still. I'm not sure they have the fanbase here for it to be worthwhile and they're still pretty fresh on the UK audience so it could be a bigger risk than Paramore, QOTSA and even Florence. That could change with one album but, it'd have to be fucking big, even bigger than El Camino probably. It'd be pretty cool if they did headline though.

Yeah I guess they're still further away that Paramore and QOTSA. In theory they could headline if this happened and if that happened, but you could say that about a lot of acts. They don't stand out more than any other act as being on the cusp of headlining.

I'd say Mumford, flash in the pan novelty band and imo I'd sayThe Darkness were bigger. As easy it is to make fun of Darkness headlining at the time they were literally the most popular band in the country, their songs were known by everyone and the year before you couldn't walk the campsite without hearing people singing their songs.
