dentalplan
Well Mike has left Smashing Pumpkins. Unless Jimmy's coming back I'm rather disappointed.

Didn't see that one coming, might make a (long) weekend of Amsterdam or Berlin I struggle to entertain the thought of them recording new music though so can't see it lasting very long. dentalplan
Me neither. They said they'd play new stuff at the 2010 gigs I believe and that never happened. I imagine they'll extend the European tour after Hyde Park to include some UK dates and by the time they've played all those they'll be at each others' throats again but I'm certainly surprised they announced shows for autumn in the first place. Gucci Piggy
That Biffy news doesn't sound interesting at all to me. Sounds like they're going even further away from rock music.
justanothername
I'll think The Libertines will produce and EP and the most but I'm not too sure on a studio album That Biffy news doesn't sound interesting at all to me. Sounds like they're going even further away from rock music. Don't forget that I'm a Biffy Clyro fanboy so I'll find it intresting regardless Edited June 16, 2014 by justanothername
Gucci Piggy
Don't forget that I'm a Biffy Clyro fanboy so I'll find it intresting regardless I'm a huge Biffy fan, but it just sounds shite, and a big hint that they're going to continue their downward trajectory. I thought Opposites was a step up from Only Revolutions in all fairness.

kaosmark2
Christ, it wasn't that bad. OK, but it was boring enough that I'd compare it to an album by The View. I'll let you judge whether that's a more favourable comparison than a dead foetus or not.

mattgimmeshelter
Alt-J have always been a band i've liked. Their new song feat Miley Cyrus (strange I know) Gives me hope they won't crumble under the second album curse.

I thought it was alright but there was something that I wasn't sure on but I can't say why to be honest.
