yeah you can't really qualify that as a distinct group of people, and you're going hella conjecture here

I know I am, all I'm doing is suggesting things, I'm not saying I'm correct or that's it's factually true that Calvin Harris could be booked.

I know I can't qualify that as a distinct group of people because, as I said, it's just typical teenagers. The type that listen to Radio One and think they have cool taste because they don't like Jay-Z and Lady Gaga because rap and pop isn't #indie like sicko dance artists.

You're on a mad ting.

Well we did have The Cure

How has nobody called you out on this yet? The Cure headlined cause they fucking rock and sell loads of tickets. They also have a good history with Reading so that was cool too.

There's a distinct difference between Calvin Harris headlining and The Cure :P

I assumed it was a rebuttal to the "but the cure" lot (myself included)

Prove it

Prove what exactly? The Cure aren't like Calvin Harris in terms of headliners? I don't think I have to. :P

I hope to god Babyquack's response there wasn't serious but even if it wasn't that's a lot of effort to jokingly call someone out on something which was said sarcastically...

As soon as I posted I realised it was probably bloody sarcastic. Eurgh. I'm just home from a 10 hour shift at work, give me a break! :P

    • Lovely Brexit doc on bbc2 for anyone who wants to relive those golden years.
    • I think some folks are underestimating how many millennials, now into heavier music, were genuinely also into things like techno and happy hardcore in the 90s and early 00s. Scooter may be about is commercialized as it gets when it comes to happy hardcore and techno, but for many, they won't be just a 'silly act' they will be a genuine nostalgia act.
    • Can anyone share please as can’t access the app
    • Someone said something along the lines of "the lows were really low but they highs were really high" and I think that sentence sums up my ps experience this year. Thursday was a downer (even though I got to see men I trust, geese, oklou and fcukers), but the weather, the missed shows and the uncertainty (those comms...) made it a bad day. Friday and Saturday on the other hand where rly good, a bunch of amazing shows each day (The Cure one was quite something), that surprise on Saturday...   Will be back next year, hope they get another impressive lineup as this year (quality and quantity wise) and that tickets and  primarily hotels don't get much more expensive.
    • Rosalia Radiohead NIN MGMT Bjork David Byrne   Also Vince Staples' new album is cool. I could see him returning.
