I only came across crap acts, but then again I wasn't hunting for acts like I should have been. The acts I did see while walking to somewhere else were crap. That bloke in an old army uniform cycling around while an air raid siren went off was actually quite disturbing. The next person I saw was another bloke trying to be a comedian and raconteur. Two things which eluded him quite proficently. The next act is indescribable so I'll not bother. Finally I saw a single male punter who had dressed up in a pink fairy outfit who was blowing bubbles and drinking Special Brew. Although, not at the same time. He was built like a shit house but seemed a little odd to me.

There were zombies in Glebeland on Sunday that were really well done - usually you can spot a walkabout a mile off but in the dark, I didn't notice the shuffling, groaning people until they were really close - actually quite disturbing.

And I got a hug off a troll.

On the Sunday near the West Holts on the way back from the toilets I saw this brilliant old geezer hobbling a long on a walking stick, with a can of super strength beer. He had some kind of speaker hidden about him and someone was clearly following him at distance, commenting on people in the crowd. Fucking hilarious.

Anyone else catch that?

On the Sunday near the circus tent I came across a bunch of grannies that would spontaneously break into dubstep dancing (complete with music) and when the music stopped they would hobble on their way :D

We saw two aussie wildlife commentators who were hilariously describing the festival goers walking past as if they were wildlife.. using binoculars and radio mics... absolutely brilliant!

AND two french postmen on bikes who were quite sweet and silly and rushed up to people with mail for them and were full of excuses when the envelope was empty :)

Had lots of hugs from trolls which was ace.

The Why Not? lot were getting people to skip or do funny things like trying to grab your nose and ear alternately (which was harder than it should be!)

Ooh.. and 3 japanese people who walked in sync round the field then posed hilariously for photos then would rush off and secretly shade people with an extending pole umbrella...

Two beat box carrying lads who walked in super slow motion then would suddenly speed up, do a backflip and wander off as if nothing happened.

Really impressed as always with the bellas field wandering entertainment,.. always makes my festival.. tho I missed the wizard who gets a crowd of people to do things, he's my favourite..

    • With this being a fallow year do we know if the Beeb is going to show any past years highlights or make sets available on Iplayer to give us some glasto content as we await a return to the fields?

    • Brazil's first half was genuinely dreadful all round, not just the midfield, so they're absolutely not bulletproof. Whether Scotland have the quality to take advantage is a different question.   Tbf, that's as much on Morocco looking good, which I did think was a possibility. They could be a bit annoyed with themselves not to have scored more before Vini's goal tbh.
    • Surely nowadays with so much data analytics available on every division in world football and so much awareness that people aren't suckered in on the basis of a decent World Cup game... right?   Although tbf, from what I saw, Australia's game plan worked very well. But that was as much thanks to Turkey blowing varying opportunities given they created enough chances but couldn't finish, a la what happened with Switzerland against Qatar when they really could and should've won by 3/4 goals.
    • I missed Viagra Boys for a good spot for Gorillaz. Was a nice weekend and festival for me. Would definitely come back, if the line up is right. Get back home safe everyone.
