Guy I got my Q mag from today said he'd spoken to someone in The Stone Roses camp recently who said talks for headlining G were 'in progress'.

Obviously, heavy chance this could be bull, but it's what I was told and I thought it was worth mentioning. .

Anyone that thinks that Kasabian are good enough to headline deserves to stand down the front of the gig and be showered in piss by the kind of twats that turn up to see them and do just that.

I got talking to a local lad who said he normally works the festival etc. and he had a back stage pass that e showed me so he did seem like he might have known what was going on. He said that apparently Daft Punk were sat at the side of the stage for Chic so you never know them being on site might might make them slightly more likely for next year. However he also said that Dolly was definately coming on for a few songs after Kenny Rodgers so in hindsight he could easily be talking total bollocks.
