I can't pack because my rucksack is in the garage, where it's been since last summer. Which means it's going to be full of spiders. *shudder* So I have to bribe Mr P&P to de-arachnidise it for me...

jackmypie - I get around this by wearing ridiculous 50s style dresses everyday I'm at glasto.

Yes I agree. It's not too bad if you put stuff ready then you can see you have everything.if its in a bag it might not be there

I can't pack because I'm pretty sure I left a vacuum cleaner attachment in my tent a few weeks ago by mistake, and keep putting off the hassle of unpacking the tent, getting the attachment out, then trying to get the tent back in the ridiculously small tent bag.

I know you're supposed to not take anything non-essential, but I might just take the vacuum cleaner attachment...
