There is a rumour that there may be ( or not ) another announcement tomorrow night! Come on Mr Idioteque is there any truth in this?

I can't see there being an announcement... unless its a very low key one saying "Hey XYZ Is playing too" or they give more info into day splits

Rolling Stones will be announced for Hyde Park tomorrow though.

...unless they were letting the ink dry on something tasty. I still think the Other will have a better headliner than C&S for Saturday (is it Saturday?) as this is the stand out weak link IMO and something like Daft Punk would better split the Stones crowd.

i know this seems to be quite a popular opinion on these boards but C&S are definitely the headliners. and no WAY would they waste Daft Punk, one of the most wanted bands of Glastonbury, on the Other at the same time as Rolling Stones, the OTHER most wanted band at Glastonbury

i honestly think Disclosure could be the Silver Hayes headliner. they're massive. but i guess we'll have to see

there are still a lot of slots to fill, mind, all over the lineup. just not a clue where and won't until the lineup is ordered

they've had pretty high slots at other festivals. pretty sure they headlined a tent at Bestival last year. along with their own two singles they've got a bunch of really popular remixes (Jessie Ware's 'Running' especially, and no doubt she'll do vocals for it like she did at Bestival) and will no doubt have more out by then. maybe i'm wrong, but they're very popular and will have no problem filling out that tent

They're only playing half way down NME at RnL so can't see them headlining a 10,000 big tent. Way far fetched

Wishful thinking. All main headliners are surely announced. I do think the silver hayes has A LOT to announce (including more headliners. Disclosure isn't on the same level as Nas, surely, and Leftfield and Fatboy Slim were TBC). Think the highest left to come out is 4th down pyramid (because Ben Howard and Rita Ora really can't do that slot)

And with regard to your other post, I agree is nigh on impossible to speculate much as that area has a hell of a lot more to announce but I do think think we have the 3 headliners there.
