I have no proper idea. A lot of people's idea why Green Day will be the one is more than mine. The way the words were used in the magazine piece, know one even knows where they would've played with this band or what type of show. And that's probably the purpose behind it. Could be a garage they played in one day that know one has ever known about.

If they are free after the 3rd weekend of August after touring the US then Sabbath is possible but SOAD have played under Ozzy/Sabbath at least 4 times just on Ozzfest so. And they'll be back in Europe in Nov/Dec time so UK dates will be around, or I'd imagine so.

I thought that about Sabbath but the fact they're both featured in Kerrang and NME suggests that it's probably going to be one of them. I'd love Rage Against The Machine though, and I think they'd make the majority happy too. Only problem is, nothing suggests they're playing.

For me of the suggested;

AC/DC (I would like to see them before they stop, not that they are my favorite of the 5)

Green Day (Its been quite a while since I saw them live on the international super hits tour)

RATM (probably my favorite of the 5 but I'd like to see the above announced after seeing 2 similar sets & Leeds 2008 & Finsbury 2010)

Sabbath (Wasn't blown away with them last year)

Arctic Monkeys (The poorest two performances I've ever seen in 2009 one at Leeds one in Newcastle Arena)

I think because of the amount of people clamboring for the Arctic Monkeys, it needs to be Sabbath. Because these people desperately need Sabbath in their lives, do undo their terrible taste and get something decent in their empty existence.

    • Really well done, Primavera. Maybe the biggest name on the lineup as a surprise. (Ecpecially if Robert joins this)
    • There's one way it can get bigger- if Robert Smith joins her on stage
