Having Rollins tap out to Cena disgusts me. The WWE Championship is currently as worthless as it has ever been.

Its not like he was tapping out to Hornswoggle. I don't particularly have a problem with it. If your a Rollins fan (Im personally a bit on the fence) you should be happy as I think it makes him more likely to retain at summerslam.

I'm a huge Rollins fan, but I wouldn't care who it was, they had the WWE World Heavyweight Champion tap out to the United States Champion on RAW. And he tapped out pretty much immediately. It just doesn't sit well with me.

On a related note, props to Cena for going on with that broken nose, that looked terribly painful!

I don't think it matters who has which title. Cena is the biggest wrestler of his era, who has been given the challenge of revitalizing a flagging division. There is nothing mid card about Cena despite him holding a title often reserved for mid carders. I don't think Vince yet truly believes in Rollins looking at how (and who against)he has been booked at ppvs. I personally think it has come a bit early for him, but a Cena feud (win or lose) will do him more good than harm.

Very sad. Blurred the lines between heel and face, quite unhinged. One of the all time greats.

The reactionss from fans and wrestlers at 4.55 here says it all. His last appearance I think?

Only bought a Hot Rod tshirt online a few weeks ago. Turns out its too small. Must get another one.

Wow this thread has been quiet.

Watched Raw today for first time in ages cus its Summer Slam on Sunday and I didn't know the card at all apart from Taker v Lesnar. Was alright but nothing great.

Im watching 1998 Raws all the way through again on WWE  Network and its so much better and that in part is due to the commentary. JR and King in 98 were so good together and JR really sells angles so well. They're so dull these days selling stuff. Everything is the same sell. All the way thru.

The thread has been quiet as WWE has been awful for months and months. Its as bad now as it was in the mid 90s days of Adam Bomb and Doink the Clown. Stories are all over the place. Hype aside, does anyone want to see another Taker vs Lesnar match?

Im sure Rollins vs Cena will be decent but apart fro the (very) odd match here and there its not worth watching these days.

WWE is in a really bad way at the moment. There seems to be no big summer angle that really pulls you in. No summer of punk, no Daniel Bryan vs. The Authority, no Lesnar smashing Cena to pieces. Just Undertaker vs. Lesnar again. If things don't improve soon then I'm seriously considering turning off until the royal rumble and Mania season, seems to be the only time that things are worth watching.

I've not really been watching recently. I'll watch Summerslam but not excited for it at all. NXT show is this weekend too which I will watch but even NXT hasn't been as good latelly.

Been catching up with Lucha Underground which I highly recommend if people haven't seen it, It's now finished for the time being but hopefully it returns for a second season.

Just watched the episode with probably the best casket match ever, not that it's hard to deserve that claim but it's really good.

    • Based on previous times that rules quite a lot out of early summer festivals into the August runs.
    • No dramas man, I just like to follow others journeys as well. Get the inspiration, give out inspiration and the outdoors is the clear the head place to do it. I'm heading out for a easy trail run today I think, 10k- 10 mile we'll see how we go. I've got a half marathon in October I'm well unprepared for hahs
    • The Cheap Thrills at Mountford Hall, Liverpool.    They've been around for a while and have built up a large local following. Last night was their biggest yet, at a sold out 2,200 capacity venue.    It was a big old joyous, indie singalong from start to finish, the band clearly having the time of their lives. The debut album is out next month and they seem to be going down well on the festival circuit, maybe their time has finally come.   2 supports, I unfortunately missed Credits but the few songs they have on Spotify sound good, Americana vibes. The other was M60, reportedly Gary Neville's favourite band. If that's true, he's as clueless about music as he is football. To be fair, their sound was poor, maybe with a clearer sound they'd have been better but it was pretty dull.
    • I can see them all merging along with the Tory’s . Restore curently couldn’t muster enough candidates to be a viable option . I lasted 4 mins and couldn’t watch any more . Lowe is just dull along with racist
