To be, you're talking about guys who really shouldn't have been world champs, and a guy who got the token Benoit type title run.

I think Goldust and Stardust might have gotten their own match had they not completely f**ked it last time out btw.

I think Kane, big show and Bryan are all credible ex world champions. Goldust has been a great character, but he is lower on the totem pole than everyone given singles matches.

I think they kind of need to be put in a different bracket though. Kane and Big Show at least. Their time has come and gone. Even if WWE hadn't fucked it with the pair of them, we're now at a point where they're not there anymore.

Daniel Bryan is a credible champ, but he only really got the Mania win on the Benoit-type deal. It also helped that they fucked the first Bryan run and they looked to rectify that. The only way he gets the title again is if there's a shortage of guys at the top of the card and, to be fair, that point might not be so far away.

.

I wouldn't argue. Although both have been protected and are undeniably above goldust on the ladder .

I think Sheamus will return for the battle royale and win the thing.

Raw was decent, overall it was good but I'm still struggling to get hyped for Mania when half of the contestants involved in the biggest 3 matches (Brock, Taker & Sting) aren't on TV. Still can't get behind Roman at all, he's hopeless on the mic and boring in ring, having him throw Seth round like a rag doll annoyed me as well. Crowds are mostly either lukewarm or against him.

IC ladder match is what I'm most looking forward to at Mania I think.

I'm just gonna chill at my mate's house with a couple of beers I think. Was thinking of going out, but f**k it. I've got ICW that night, and will be exhausted.

ICW should be good, looking forward to seeing where Fear and Loathing VIII will be held and when? It's starting to sound like they might have The Hydro just from them saying on the Facebook post It'll be the biggest European wrestling show in years. I hope so but I'd like to be proven wrong too.

A couple of my mates are and I are heading out after ICW to watch Wrestlemania. Not all that bothered about it this year because it's starting to get less and less interesting for me.

I've been watching Lucha Underground the past 2 weeks and last night's show had Alberto Del Rio's first match which was pretty good. Each show is only around 45 minutes so its about the same length as NXT which isn't too bad.

How do you watch Lucha Underground James? I've heard a lot about it.

I found it on a website last week think it was hosted on dailymotion and this week I got it from the usual websites. Its worth the watch if you want to try get into it. It's different from all other wrestling I've seen so It's fresh in my mind. The promos are pretty cool too they are shot very cinematic like which I assume is coming from Robert Rodriguez because he is an Executive Producer and it's on his network. The John Morrison fight last week was pretty good, action outside the ring a few nice jumps around the ring. This weeks wasn't as interesting as last weeks though.

With the TNA setup, ICW could make a good run at the Hydro, but they'd need big names in there as well.

Also worth mentioning the smaller hall in the SECC which could be used, and also the Academy, which I sincerely hope they don't.

The Academy would be a bit mental to use tbh the ring would be in a postion to block a lot of the view for most people so I don't think it would work in there. The SECC could work it seems more likely that they would do in there because of size but I'm hoping it really isn't in there, would much prefer The Hydro same set up as TNA like you said with a few of the upper tier seating closed off. The other place I think would be cool would be The Arches just as a different place all together and could fit a lot more than the Barrowlands in there.

I've had a bit of a YouTube sesh, seems really good. Watched a triple threat ladder match for £100k (not sure why that was) and Alberto's debut. That pop.

Agree on R-Truth his charisma is top at the moment, really good humour something which have been missing in wwe programming.

It's a long shot but I hope he wins the IC title, following a feud with BNB which has all the ingredients to be a great one.

Agreed. Also R Truth has become an unexpected favourite going into mania... he needs to be on commentary all the time.

R-Truth is a great talent it's just that he's rarely on Smackdown/Raw so he can't build momentum into becoming a star and WWE seem happy to have him as a jobber. It's a shame he didn't get a real push 15 years ago when he was K-Kwik.

He instead went to TNA and was a multiple time world champ.

Bet there isn't that many people who knew that. They took a real chance with him and pushed him to that level, fair play to them for that.

So Wyatt v Undertaker and Cena v Rusev both confirmed for Mania now and looks like Orton v Rollins too.

Card pretty much done now isn't it.

Orton v Rollins, a tag title match plus the rest of the IC ladder and Battler Royal wrestlers still need to be comfirmed. Sheamus is gonna be doing something too but probably in one of the multi-man gimmick matches.

I think the Tag Titles match will be on the pre-show. Looking like an eight match Mania then.

Brock vs. Reigns

Triple H vs. Sting

Wyatt vs. The Undertaker

AJ & Paige vs. The Bellas

Cena vs. Rusev

Battle Royal

Orton vs. Rollins

Ladder Match

That's the order I'm going with too. Sheamus to return at Mania and win the Battle Royal and then turn heel the next night on RAW by attacking Reigns to be his first challenger.

    • They probably do make more from the festival. But take a look at an aerial photo from any year - there's always a few fields that would be viable for festival related use yet are left empty. I guess they just don't want to deal with the associated hassle.
