Just looked into it and he tweeted "Its showtime" with today's date.

I'm hoping it's for a fued with Bray.

Look at what he tweeted today.

No I meant Dean Ambrose!!!

Oh yeah. Presume they called him back from whatever holiday he was on after RR got injured.

PPV was fairly weak. Lesnar. 20 minute matches, tops. 3-4 moves. Hes faxing it in.

Ambrose was always scheduled to come back today, presume they put him in last night due to Reigns injury.

With regards to Sting, hope it's something more substantial than just a game plug but even still,to see him on WWE programming would be "a moment".

Poor PPV last night.

I agree Orton/Y2J being MOTN. Some cool spots, I thought Orton would have done the punt to the head since Y2J is going away again but I think they wrote him off tv that way a few years ago.

I liked the tag opener and Cesaro/Sheamus, I expected Sheamus to win but where does Cesaro go? he has been booked so badly this year. well since Wrestlemania.

Divas and IC both switched hands again last night, just let people have a title reign that lasts longer than a month. It's worked for The Usos and makes them look so much better.

Rusev/Henry was what I expected so no complaints with that. Big Show is surely next in his path.

Glad Ambrose is back but they should of had a match, They done the exact same thing from Battleground with security and Triple H breaking them apart. Hopefully we will get a HIAC out of this though.

As for the main event I thought it was a good match until the DQ ending. I hate PPV main events ending in a non-finish, It would have been forgiven if Rollins cashed in and won but I didn't want that to happen either. I was hoping Lesnar just beat Cena clean. Lesnar did look strong taken 4 or 5 finishers but the ending was booked that way to make Cena look strong.

So yeah a lot of negativity from me regarding the show last night.

They really missed it with Cesaro. He was on such a hype after WM but the lu failed to capitalise. Good old WWE.

Same with Bray Wyatt.

How good did Wyatt and Cesaro look going into WM this year, They are both in a worse place now which means WWE isn't doing their job right, they want new stars and need new stars but they don't know how to make new stars (excluding The Shield) without fucking it up.

And Wyatt doesn't even make it on to the card for a PPV. I can't believe it, he's easily one of the best characters on the roster and is pretty impressive in the ring.

I'm worried about what they're going to do with Ambrose. I think they will finish this thing with Rollins (hopefully ending with a HIAC). After that though I don't know. The thing is, Ambrose is already more popular than Reigns and there is a danger that by the time Reigns is back he will have completely overshadowed him. Not that I wouldn't enjoy that, of course I would. I just think WWE are going to have to be cautious with Dean's booking before his popularity goes out of hand.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with Rollins tonight. If I'm correct, Lesnar isn't there tonight? So will Heyman come out and blast Rollins setting up a feud between him and Brock for after Hell In a Cell where, presumably, Ambrose will get his match with Rollins? Will Cena be out for Rollins too? And there's Ambrose too. I can't see where it is going to go and what the benefit of having his cash in attempt last night is going to be.

What I think would be interesting is if because Rollins was sent out by the authority, Lesnar and Heyman turn on them, edging more towards being faces.

Watched Raw last night, one of the worst shows ive ever seen. Its like WCW 2000-2001, no direction WHATSOEVER.

Yes, agree. Seems like they just make it up as they go along.

The overly scripted nature of the show is killing them. Zero chance for characters to develop themselves. Cena and Heyman seem to be the only ones with any sort of free speech. The rest might as well just read it off a cue card.

I wanted a Bray Sting fued with Sting going over as I still think it would elevate Bray but I've since watched a YouTube video of Sting saying he only wants to face someone of his generation so that only leaves Trips or Taker now.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
