My mate collects the tents. Obviously he's restricted in what he can take because he takes a load of passengers but he still manages to collect one or two tents per fest. He obviously doesn't need them all but as he says himself he's got a bit of a tent fetish thing going on!

It's just amazing looking at the good kit that's left behind. Might collect a tent or two myself next fest. Although as I already have a 3 man and a 4 man it would seem unecessary. Maybe I'll get some other camping stuff I haven't got instead. It'll be like walking into a camping shop where the staff have all upped and left!

How did I forget the taped off areas. Really super annoying that is. To be demolished at night in a drunken marauding stupor.

Like the comment about the trendy young girls. Haven't tried it myself. May well try it as a sort of baiting sport next Glasto. I'm 47 - they'll shit themselves if I start talking to them! lol

Saw one guy with some sort of trolley device collecting stray cans from campsites on the monday in 2010. I gave him the 2 cans of VERY warm Strongbow I had left, to add to the 200 or so he already had in his trolley, said he had only been wandering around for about 2 hours at that point!

Imagine having an empty van on site for example and just spending the day loading it up with beer and quality camping gear. That appeals to the magpie in me. However, come Monday morning all I want is to be teletransported home and have phychiatrists at my beck and call to help me deal with the approach of Suicide Tuesday!

The slightly sad feeling I get on Sunday because I know it's the last day.

That my knees don't stand up to it as well as they used to. I don't want to pace myself - It's GLASTONBURY!!!

People who tape off "their area".....and on that theme... People who sigh or tut loudly because you walk past their tent.

Trendy young girls who look panic stricken if you talk to them. I think it must be because having a conversation with anyone over 30 is ruining their "look".

Definitely the journey from and to the car with all your stuff, the rain, the mud, the rubbish.

I like loads of music though - almost anything. I like more and more stuff as I get older instead of less and less. It almost makes up for the knees.
