Keep this pearl Jam Thread at Glasto going, great thread!!

Personally I think that if they (Glastonbury Festival) book Pearl Jam with a softer undercard (Biffy Clyro, Nine Inch Nails ETC) then there will be worry about repeats to the Roskilde incident. Or mosh pits that started breaking up at Reading as Reading had Bullet For My Valentine, Slayer and Killswitch Engage on the same day (heavily mosh pit associated bands). it's just whether Michael or Emily take to the music.

I was never and still aren't a big fan,i have given some of their albums a fair go.

The fact i left undewhelmed, is my view only, loads around me were enjoying it,while lots were like me.

I watched Soundgarden last year at Download and felt pretty much the same, Maybe it's just Grunge i'm not to keen on.

Will probably take a few years (why not wait till they're 60+ :S), they're probably supporting their album next year in Europe (since they're touring the U.S this fall). But if the headliners already are lined up for 2014 like Neil said PJ cant possible be one of them.

And then it's back to all these sideprojects 2015 and onwards.. Brad, RNDM, Mad Season, Soundgarden and Vedder solo..

It makes me sad that pearl jam will never play Glastonbury to me the two together are perfect fits. One tragic accident has caused this and it is a sad state of affairs. I love both pearl jam and Glastonbury. Eavis needs to understand that it was not the bands fault book them and close the circle
