Let's be honest though, it's hardly a shot in the dark. I mean, I could be wrong but I'm pretty certain the Stones may have been suggested once or twice on these forums.

Personally, I think they're a definite. The whole will they-won't they simply adds to the hype.

They may well be right, however I always struggle to understand how people believe others who post random stuff like that without them having history of being correct. (Buff may have but haven't looked through there history on here).

I'm quite happy to admit that I got told last summer that Mr Eavis was getting quotes to dismantle the Pyramid stage and move it some gigantic mudhole in Hampshire. Never did get to the bottom of that (excuse the excruciatingly bad pun)

I feel fucking dissapointed. I know this isn't much to go on, but the fact they are in the country a day before glastonbury kinda proves theres a high chance they will play.

Bonnaroo lineup announced next week. Seems natural that Glastonbury would start leaking some confirmations after that. If the Rolling Stones are booked I am very interested in who will be at The Other Stage and Dance Tent that night. Must be some big names in their own right.

if truth about arctic monkeys playing friday is well... true...

they can't play the friday or saturday

and they are in switzerland on the 30th.

I might be wrong but didn't KOL play shows around that time before, in similar venues and didn't headline? I could have sworn they did
