That was meant to be me making The Rolling Stones as rumoured for Sunday. Despite the denial, I can't and won't take that denial as being believable. On top of that, I now have a bit of extra info.

Meanwhile, I also have some new Roses info. They're now marked as a strong rumour.

I really dislike the Stone Roses. Would hope for a good JP or Park headliner if they were on (suspect they will be).

Never really got into the Stones. My dad's music went Beatles...Zepplin... PUNK!!!!!!!!!!! so I was never introduced and never really bothered with them

And I <3 Radiohead but man the live broadcast of their Coachella set was DULLSVILLE (confirmed by a friend who attended). And I even like King of Limbs

They are dullsville in general though. Didn't mind King of Limbs myself actually but I find most of their "good" stuff just sounds like Heart shaped Box by Nirvana. Crowd of middle class moany tossers

I enjoyed the Coachella set, but do agree that they'd have to play a setlist more akin to their Reading 2009 set (more stuff from OK Computer, The Bends) when headlining the Pyramid.

Who do you think will be subbing out of curiousity? I think Pulp would be a great sub, especially for Stone Roses, symmetry wise.
