Beyonce to cover kings of Leon and Queen?

Don't know how true it is but Irish radio (Today FM) has just said that Beyonce will Cover King's "Sex is on fire" and Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" as part of her set on Sunday. Apparently she did a warm up gig in France last night and they were part of her set?

Yeah I read that she played them in her Glasto warm-up gig. Wouldn't surprise me, something to win the casual/neutral/radio fans over with.

Bohemian Rhapsody - makes me morbidly curious. Not sure I'll go to it, but worth recording off the telly.

I'm interested in Rhapsody but not so much Sex Is On Fire, everyone and their dog has covered that song... a truly unremarkable stale song... not to say the former hasn't been covered to death either but I can see it being a much more interesting take on a classic compared to yet another popped up version of a popped up rock song,

There's nowt wrong with throwing something a bit different out there. Jay-Z gave it a whirl with his Oasis cover so it's unsurprising that Beyonce is doing similar. I'm pretty certain that's she's going to be awesome.

I'm all in favour of creative cover versions.
